During the course of Training the competency of participants shall be accessed through work shops, Role play, Group discussion & Home Exercise, at each stage of ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training. - An Overview, Initial Contact, Pre-Assessment Visits, Document Review Initial Preparation, Development of the Assessment Schedule, Communication, Planning
- The On-Site Assessment, Opening Meeting, Audit Conduct, Evaluating Results, Closing Meeting Corrective Action, Formal Report, Follow-Up and Surveillance Visits
- Interpret correctly the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and how they apply to the processes of an organization.
- Conduct an effective Gap Analysis / Internal Audit / Supplier Audit / Third Party Certification Audit
- Initiate Improvements in the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) effectiveness
- Competent to make documents for the organization for effective implantation of ISO 9001 / QMS
- Become Potential Auditor /Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 / QMS
There are two methods of participants competency Evaluation Methods:
- Continuous Assessments Participants competency shall be evaluated on daily basis through workshops, role play, Group Discussion, Home exercise, Class Room participation, Response, Contribution in Training, Punctuality, attendance etc. The qualifying Marks is 60%.
- Final Examination : It will be conducted at Last Day of Training and qualifying Marks is 70%
