What is ISO 9001 Certification 
This International Standard specifies requirements for Quality Management System, to demonstrate its ability to meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The system aims in enhancing customer satisfaction, enabling continual improvement. Quality Management system works on eight management principles and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act) cycle. The functioning is based on process approach. ISO 9001:2008 standard is divided into eight clauses. Clause 1 to 3 is general clause which is related to Scope, Normative and Definitions. Clause 4 to 8 is the working clause.

Clause 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 deals with Documentation requirements, Management Responsibility, Resource Management, Product Realization and Monitoring and Measurement respectively.

The system focuses on continual improvement. This is done by having Management Review Meeting, Internal Audit, Corrective and Preventive action, Monitoring of Quality Objective and Analysis of Data.
